I love Brainpop for 3rd through 6th grade.  It has so many great educational videos for kids featuring cartoon characters Tim and his robot Moby.  Some of the videos are offered for free including the voting video*.

Brainpop Jr. is great for Kindergarten through third grade.  It also offers some free videos as well as follow up activities for your children.  It has a free video about the President*.

*The voting and president videos are no longer available for free.  The sites; however, offer other free videos through out the year.
